System Technician in PKI

Job Responsibilities

PKI is part of the Swedish Transport Administration's login service, where the PKI Operation team will have a clear responsibility to operate, further develop, and manage the Transport Administration's PKI infrastructure. For the position of system technician, we prefer that you have a few years of experience in similar work within IT infrastructure and IAM solutions, but above all, that you have a special passion for PKI. 

Your main tasks will be the operation of PKI systems as well as handling incoming alarms and incidents. There will also be the issuance, renewal, and revocation of certificates, and keeping operational documentation up to date.

Together with the team's system specialists, you will also participate in management activities and the lifecycle of the Transport Administration's PKI infrastructure. This work is planned in iterations according to agile methods together with the entire team consisting of system specialists, system technicians (you), scrum master, and product owner.

The team has a shared responsibility to prioritize and maintain stable operations of the Transport Administration's PKI platforms. On-call duty may be required.

Additional Information

Possible locations for this position are Borlänge, Gävle, Gothenburg, Stockholm, or Örebro.

Qualifications

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have

• relevant education in IT or equivalent knowledge/training combined with experience that we assess as equivalent
• experience in troubleshooting and operating PKI systems
• basic understanding of Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS)
• experience with Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS)
• experience with Windows Server OS 2019 and later
• good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is a merit if you have experience with

• certificate-based login methods
• EJBCA
• protocols such as SCEP, NDES, ACME, and CMP
• Linux server
• scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar
• Hardware Security Module (HSM)
